Easy Returns Policy for Little Crafts London

Introduction: At Little Crafts London, we pride ourselves on ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our cherished customers. Our Easy Returns policy has been crafted to make the returns process straightforward and hassle-free.

How it works:

  1. Requesting a Return: If you wish to return an item, simply fill out the return form provided on our Easy Returns policy page. You will be required to provide:

    • Order number

    • Full Name

    • Email Address

    • Reason for return

  2. Confirmation and Link: Once we receive your return request, our team will review it and send you a confirmation email along with a Royal Mail link for your return.

  3. Pick-up or Drop-off Options:

    • Pick-Up: Royal Mail can attend your address and collect the parcel. If you require a printed label, please indicate so in the return form, and it will be provided during the pick-up.

    • Drop-Off: Alternatively, you can use the Royal Mail link to drop off the item at your nearest post office.

  4. Charges: Using the Easy Returns service incurs a fee of £4.00. This amount will be deducted from the total return/refund amount.

Terms & Conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • The item should be in its original condition, unused and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • The £4.00 return fee is non-refundable, even if the product is exchanged

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the receipt and inspection of the returned product.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the required product is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

  • This policy applies to UK customers only.
