Guaranteed Christmas Delivery
To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please place your order no later than 14th December 2025.
Orders placed after 14th December can still be processed, however we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.
Christmas Out of Hours
Our team will be taking a well-deserved Christmas break.
Customer Service Closure:
19th December 2025 – 5th January 2026
During this period, we will not be responding to emails, live chat messages or social media enquiries.
Dispatch During This Time:
Our packing team will be in, however any orders placed between 19th December 2025 and 5th January 2026 will not be dispatched until 5th January 2026.
Please ensure any urgent orders are placed before the above dates.
Normal Operations Resume
