📦 Problems With Your Order
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Photographs: We may request clear images of the issue to speed up the resolution and potentially avoid the need for a return.

Resolution: Depending on the situation, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund.

Important Safety Notice:
If you hear or notice broken glass when opening the parcel, do not attempt to handle the items further. Please contact us immediately and return the item to us as is we will investigate the issue for you.
🔁 Returns (UK Customers)
If you’ve changed your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase:

Eligibility: You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you have another 14 days to return the item.

Condition: Items must be returned in resalable condition and include all original, undamaged packaging.

Upon contact with our team to process your return, once the return procedure has been started it must be completed / sent within 30 days.
Packaging Instructions:

Use the original postal box or protective packaging the order was shipped in.

If this is no longer available, you must use a secure alternative to protect the item in transit.

Returns in damaged or inadequate packaging may result in:

A partial refund

A 30% restocking fee, or

The return being refused

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.
🔄 Exchanges
Yes! We offer exchanges on eligible products.

Once your exchange request is approved, you're responsible for securely packaging and returning the original item to our warehouse.

Once we receive the returned item in suitable condition, we’ll dispatch your replacement.

Shipping charges for the replacement item will apply.
🌍 Returns (USA & International Customers)
We gladly accept returns on international orders, with the following conditions:

Return Shipping: International customers must use their own tracked shipping service.

Original Shipping: We cannot refund original delivery fees for international returns.

Packaging: The same packaging rules apply — use the original or an equivalent protective option.
Customs & Duties:
Please note: Customs duties, import taxes, and international handling fees are non-refundable.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following unless they are faulty:
