At Little Crafts London, we take pride in carefully packing and dispatching your order to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition — whether you're in the UK or shopping from overseas.

🚚 Dispatch Timeframe

All orders are hand-packed in Kent, United Kingdom.
Please allow 3–5 working days for us to prepare and dispatch your order. During peak periods (sales or holidays), dispatch times may be slightly extended, but we’ll always keep you informed.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom Delivery

We use Royal Mail or an appropriate courier for larger orders to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

  • Letters/Parcels (Tracked 48): 2–3 Working Days — £4.99

  • Parcels (Tracked 24 / Next Day Delivery): 1–2 Working Days — £6.99

🇺🇸 USA & International Shipping

We offer tracked worldwide shipping via FedEx, calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and destination.

  • Carrier: FedEx (Tracked Service)

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout using a weight-based pricing system

  • Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees in their country

📌 Average delivery time to the USA: 4–12 working days after dispatch

🚫 PO Boxes

Please note: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. A valid physical address is required for all deliveries.

🧾 Tracking & Notifications

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout to receive updates.

🛡️ Optional Shipping Insurance (United States & International) 

For added peace of mind, you can select shipping insurance at checkout.
This covers your order against loss or damage in transit.

Please note: Shipping insurance is non-refundable once selected.

🧭 Lost, Delayed or Returned Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days (UK) or 15 working days (International) after dispatch, contact us at info@littlecraftslondon.com.

  • Parcels returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur a re-shipping fee to be resent.

♻️ Combined Orders

If you place multiple orders close together, we may combine them to reduce packaging and emissions.
If you’d prefer them shipped separately, please email us immediately after checkout.
