These pumps fit with all of our bottles or any 28mm neck bottle. The plastic tube can be easily cut to desired length.
Please note that these Stainless Steel Metal Pumps are not suitable for high alkaline soaps, this process will cause corrosion and a brown discolouration in your soap. We will not be liable for sending any replacements.

In replacing the metal silver dispenser pumps on my existing Little Crafts London glass bottles I needed to go with something that would compliment the new brushed nickel theme within my bathroom. I think the new bronze 3 metal dispensers I chose certainly did the trick as the brushed nickel & bronze finish go together well as they created a balanced & intentional contrast in my bathroom instead of trying to make everything match.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Little Crafts London highly enough. The quality of their products is excellent and their customer service has been outstanding. I recently had an issue with one of my stainless steel soap pumps and contacted them for advice. Betsy was incredibly helpful throughout and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Although there had been a slight design change to the replacement pump, once I sent some additional photos they immediately recognised the difference and kindly offered to send a matching replacement as a gesture of goodwill. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in providing such excellent aftercare. Lovely products and great service. I bought an individual bottle and also a set of 3. I emailed to ask if I could change my tray option and they obliged without fuss. They deserve to do well.
The inside pump was far too long for my bottle’s. I had replace the previous bamboo ones which broke! With no offer of discount off new tops. So luckily I kept the old inside clear pipes so I could use them.

Really sturdy and stylish. Good quality and colour. Used them with existing bottles, to match other purchased bottles and the light switches and handles throughout my house. I just needed to trim the tube but a perfect match and fit.

Changed my silver pumps to brass ones. Love the warm colour and these new ones have an improved pumping mechanism (the older ones squirted more whereas the newer ones pump more gently). Very happy with the purchase.

Due to my own fault the stainless steel pump was damaged by using the incorrect soap. I contacted Little Craft London and they were extremely helpful in my ordering a replacement pump.
Bought a set of bottles for my kitchen for hand & dish soap. Initially they kept leaking through the pumps which was such a shame and got in touch with Little Crafts & they eventually replaced the pumps and got there with my third set of new pumps. Happy with their aftercare.
My dish soap bottle continued to leak from the dispenser and ruined the tray . On contacting them they replaced both dispensers very quickly . Very satisfied with customer care .

I haven’t replaced the split pump lid yet as I haven’t found the non- alkaline handwashing for the bottle
I ended up having to buy the black plastic and wood pumps as replacements for my stainless steel pumps. The original pumps were bought when I purchased my hand wash and hand lotion amber bottles. I much prefer the stainless steel pumps, but unfortunately the hand wash corroded the end of the pump and it looked unsightly. Little Crafts wouldn't replace, due to elapsed time and they said that a warning note regarding corrosion due to some types of handwash was shown on the website---- I hadn't seen this. I did get 10% off my purchase, so ironically, the postage charges were more than the product!
Great pumps
The pump looks great. Unfortunately, the replacement was too long, but was easily sorted with a short knife. Sadly, the replacement does exactly the same as the original. So now I’m beginning to think that the fault lies with the washing up liquid that I buy. The two bottles are still in situ, and I simply clean up the spillage as and when. I still love them in spite of their disability ;)

Love these pumps, they actually fit an existing glass dispenser I had calm hand wash in from M&S, plastic pump was leaking but this pump saved the day and looks so much smarter. Lived your site so much I’ve just ordered the two set of bottles pumps and dish for the kitchen for presents.
